I’m a commercial Executive Producer with 16+ years in the game. And I’m unlike any other EP you’ll ever meet.

Having been on every side of the table (production company [in-house and owner], freelance, agency, brand) and having hired for low to big budget productions produced in 6 out of 7 continents…I’ve pretty much seen it all - the amazing, bad and ugly.

Every experience has placed another puzzle piece in the overall jigsaw - where it became very clear how to use creativity and strategy beyond the frame…to perfect client management, prospecting, value propositions, offerings…and get awards.

…What to do/what not to do, what to say/what not to say, when to negotiate/advocate/let things go, what to offer, how to use effective positioning…overall, it’s shown me what makes a winning partner and what makes a client lean in vs lean back when they see your work and hear your pitch.

TLDR: I know how clients think and what they want and need. What they’re up against. I know what it’s like to hire directors, DPs, photographers, and production companies. I’m privvy to the creative conversations happening behind the scenes on the agency and client side.

And? I pull the curtains wayyy back on all of this when coaching and mentoring my clients. It’s my mission to equip the production community (who I love so much) with everything they didn’t learn in the field or in film/photo school…to put them in the best position to WIN. To get them the confidence and language needed to

actually stand out in today’s market and in this evolving industry.

This alone will result is bigger jobs, better creative and bigger budgets.
